
James Eguchi, a postdoctoral associate in EPS, is featured in Rutgers Today for his research on how massive volcanic events shape Earth’s climate and long-term habitability. Combining fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and modeling, his work traces how carbon moves between Earth’s interior and surface to better understand past climate change. We’re proud to see James recognized as part of this major Moore Foundation–supported effort advancing fundamental climate science.
