Mazvita Chikomo was invited to join a panel of experienced SAS TAs to guide first-year TAs during the new Teaching Assistant Orientation. This August, the Institute for Teaching, Innovation, & Inclusive Pedagogy (TIIP) welcomed over 100 new TAs through a combination of online modules and an in-person gathering on the College Avenue campus. The program emphasized pedagogy, TA roles, and community building, providing essential resources and lasting support as new TAs begin their teaching journeys.
