
Bob Kopp has been selected as a lead author of the next Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report, guiding the chapter on “Abrupt changes, low-likelihood high impact events and critical thresholds, including tipping points, in the Earth system.” Rutgers–New Brunswick is well represented with three authors—Bob, Kevon Rhiney, and Pam McElwee—tying Cornell for the most representation among U.S. institutions.
