Alissa Madera has become an affiliate of the Artemis 3 Geology Team! She and her team are working on the preliminary science for lunar formation and early evolution. The team had their first in-person meeting two weeks ago, and photos are included below!
Alissa was also joined by Dr. Katherine Bermingham and Dr. Luju Ojha at the Lunar and Planetary Science Conference (LPSC), hosted by the Universities Space Research Association (USRA). At the conference, Alissa presented her research titled "Magmatic Plumbing System of Lunar Basaltic Meteorite Northwest Africa (NWA) 8632."
Awesome work!
