NEW! The chemistry behind the origin and evolution of the Solar System. The course will examine recent advancements and arguments in cosmochemistry. We will review the past two decades on the subject of chemical origin and evolution of the Solar System, by drawing on developments in nucleosynthesis of elements, radioisotope chronology (short- and long-lived), meteorites, accretion, distribution of volatiles throughout the Solar System, and geochemical evolution of terrestrial bodies.
