Applications for volunteer and/or paid (only for the positions offering hourly pay) can be submitted at anytime. Acceptance into the position is up to the Faculty Advisors and submission of application does not guarantee placement. Students wishing to register for "Independent Study" credits must receive prior approval from the Undergraduate Program Director and the Faculty Advisor before the end of the Add/Drop period.
